Today, some spandex manufacturers believe that when each brand of spandex each weight is the same, the spandex with large rolling tension is undoubtedly a longer length, more woven length, and the fabric can be woven lighter, which must pay attention to the requirements of their own products.
(3) BreAKING TENACITY: Usually each different brand or different series of spandex, its strength performance is different, the test method can be in a conditional environment, take 50mm with a strong machine test, test 100% (SS100), 200% (SS200), 300% (SS300), five times each test, generally observe 200% (SS200) data, The greater the strength, the greater the elongation of the fabric, and the faster the weaving time.
(4) BreAKING ELONGATION: When measuring the breaking strength, the elongation of the break can be measured, generally the larger the elongation, the less the fabric content.
(5) Formability: to appearance test, such as poor forming, each bobbin shape is different, the size is different, are unqualified.
